Tapered Roller Bearings
- Tapered roller bearings are separable into a cone assembly and a cup.
- They are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads.
- Use for high-load, moderate-speed applications that include automotive axle systems and conveyor systems.
(The non-separable cone assembly consists of the inner ring, the rollers, and a cage that retains & evenly spaces the rollers. The cup is simply the outer ring.)

Cone Shape
Tapered roller bearings distribute radial and axial loads evenly across the roller.
Separable
The inner ring with roller and cage assembly (cone) can be mounted separately from the outer ring (cup).
Convenient
The separable components are interchangeable, which facilitate mounting, dismounting and also maintenance inspection routines.

Nice set of tapered roller bearings. My application was slow speed, low load (a telescope mount) so they have not been tested in extreme conditions. For my purpose they were perfect. My only beef is that they took 'forever' to get here (shipping from China).I did however order a second set for another project.

Arrived very well packaged and in the time promised. I Used these in a Coleman minibike with a lot more power((90↑mph) than any minibike should have. These are the only bearings that have held up to it, sixth time is a charm right? I can't think of many applications that call for bearings of this size that these couldn't handle better than any ballbearings.. I’m very happy with my purchase and certainly would recommend them.Update: Have put quite a few miles on these since my initial review, I play fast and hard on very rough terrain and am pleased to say that these bearing are as smooth as day 1. Let me point out that I do grease them pretty often since they aren’t sealed up but for my application they are so worth that little extra effort.
