I used the knob for an on/off switch on a torch lamp. The aluminum color was perfect for the lamp and worked flawlessly. Due to the nature of the switch, the knob fit but not real tight, so care must be used to prevent it from coming off when turning. A knob with a set screw would probably be better. The main reason I did not go that route was the switch is plastic and has a split down the center. I was concerned the set screw would possibly break it. There were three in the package, so price for the knob was reasonable.

Thankful. When the originals are lost or gone,these exact replacements become lifesavers. Kids dann easily turn the knob again. So worth every cent.
