Using an adhesive gun is definitely the way to go when working with epoxy - it is cleaner and affords less exposure the fumes. You do not need to go with a nozzle longer than 3.3" unless you have a specific application that demands longer length.

Used this tip with the Fusor Epoxy, in the small tubes, and I like it better than the tip that comes with the adhesive. It’s shorter and you don’t waste as much adhesive getting it primed. You can put the plug back in the tube and use some more at a later date if you have more tips.Great for doing a number of small jobs!

Replacement epoxy tips that works with just about any gun and cartridge combo including the PC Products and 3M guns. Smaller nozzle size means less wasted epoxy. The length is sufficient for complete mixing of the epoxy.
