Information

These diamond needle files are available. When using the file, it should not be too fast. The file usage frequency is 40 times per minute.
Diamond Needle Files
Electroplated Diamond
Electroplated diamond has fine grains, high hardness and good wear resistance. The file teeth are clear, sharp and durable.

Tips
- Do not use a needle file to polish the oxide layer of the work piece.
- When filing, it should be ground in the same direction, not rubbing back and forth.

Especially perfect for finely grinding models and instrument parts, and dies. For long-lasting use, please use a lubricant (such as water) when using diamond needle files.
