tHE PRODUCT CAME ALL MANGLED INSIDE A SMALLER BAG THAN THE SIZE OFTHE PRODUCT. THIS PIPE DID NOT HAVE ITERIOR TAPE ADHESIVE SO IT HAS THE DENDENCY TO SLIDE

If you are expecting a tube which might hold shape, I was disappointed to find out it is just a sheet of foam that arrives folded and distorted. For the price, I thought it would match expectations, but I have to return it.

This isn’t what it says you’re getting. I want a firm piece of foam in a tube and this is what just a poorly cut flat piece of foam. I can get the same thing in shipping boxes sent to me to protect items. This company is selling crap for $19 so don’t buy this. You’ll be very disappointed you sent hard earned money. I want my money back!

This is a scrap of foam, not formed to the pipe, just a thin sheet of foam. You should be ashamed of yourself for selling this as something it is not, way too expensive and super disappointing and shame on you Amazon for allowing this to go on.

It looks like they rolled up a piece of shipping foam, put in a bag and said here it is. The pictures show a tube and one had a tube with a slit in it like the small version you buy at the big boxes to covers water pipe. That's what I was expecting. not a piece of foam. See picture. I opened it and not sure if I can send back. I ordered 2. Don't buy if you think its what they show in the pictures.
