I have a SimLab racing cockpit and needed more of these M8 nuts for future projects on it. This fit the 4040 profile perfectly. They look exactly like the M8 nuts I received from SimLab.

There have been several reviews on the 4040 nut about it being the incorrect width. They are correct, please see my picture. There is no question about the size these should be as the dimension chart is clear. These should be 8 mm wide as per their size chart. My project now on hold because this company won’t listen. Inexcusable that I have to return them now.
