The case came crushed broken. Equipment was OK. I used it. I will not send it back just to let you know. I believe it was sent crushed

For light-duty use, like a Briggs LO206 valve (or, generally, most lawn mower valves), this works great. I wouldn't expect it to be particularly good for larger motors with serious valve springs since the C portion of this is not extremely beefy. But for light-duty stuff, it is definitely adequate and I had my valves out in a jiffy.
