The dishes were pretty but 2 soup bowls and 3 salad bowls were shattered.Follow up…Vancasso customer service reached out to me and sent me a new full set completely free of charge. They were so professional and kind in dealing with this issue. The dinnerware is beautiful and now I have a full set again plus extras if any break over the years! What a wonderful company. 5 stars for customer service.

These dishes are gorgeous! Generously sized. There is A LOT of color variation so some our lighter blue/green then others like in the bowl photos. But, it is not a huge difference. They are a good weight.Some of the bottoms have visible and very ROUGH plaster on the bottom. It just needs to be sanded off I think.Came very securely packed.

Ein sehr schöhes Service, aber leider völlig überteuert, weil nur "Chinaqualität" (alle haben minimale Fehler).Den großen Stern-Abzug gibt es dafür, dass die Styroporverpackung so dumm gemacht ist, dass sie nicht vor Druck schützt.So ist eine Müslischale zerbrochen. Und jetzt das lästige Rücksenden, Rückerstattung prüfen und dann Neubestellen. Das nervt! Für einen Preis von 220€!!!Da diese Leidvolle Erfahrung auch anderen Kunden machen mussten:Hände weg! So schön das Geschirr auch ist.

I love these dishes, except it arrived with one dinner plate broken. They are a nice weight. Clean up great. I ordered extra dinner plates. Very nice for special events.

I’m very happy with this set. They look great and hold food well with the small lips on the edges. People compliment them as they see them. Fits in the microwave with ease. Easy to clean. They also feel solid and premium.Will buy more to add to the collection.
