Velcro Brand's TEXACRO 70/71 is a pressure-sensitive hook-n-loop nylon fastener closure system manufactured with woven nylon yarns and bound by an acrylic binder coating. The hook and loop parts are sold separately (the rougher side is the hook and the softer fuzzy side is the loop). HOOK 70 and LOOP 71 can be sewn to fabrics or applied to rigid surfaces using the factory applied rubber-based adhesive. Can be straight-cut or mated and cut. High tensile strength material for reusable fastening of many products including quick changes of props in the theater industry. Long length, 25 yards (75 feet), for numerous applications. Backed with pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive and protected by a removable liner.

I use this to make morale patches. It’s a commercial grade sticky substance on the back and it stays to whatever you stick it to. I’m sticking it to leatherette patches and as long as you use Non stick , titanium scissors, it’s easy! I love this product!

TL;DR- skip to last paragraphSeveral years ago I bought my first couch made of that crappy bonded leather...I had no idea what a nightmare that material is. (It needs to be a law that it comes with a clear notification that with regular use, material will start to fail within 5 years)Anyhoo, I got the couch because it's huge and I have a lot of dogs, so there's room for humans and doggos to stretch out. Having dogs, I didn't want cloth. So I really don't want to get another one and will probably eventually get a car upholstery shop to make me pieced washable covers, because the couch itself is memory foam and besides material, a perfect fit for our needs. There's no cover on the market for my couch, so after struggling for a year with throws slipping, I decided to try velcro. I had already tried the non slip stuff that goes under rugs as well.This stuff is AMAZING!! I had tried another brand first, but the hooks weren't deep enough. Plus, I LOVE that they let you buy just the hook or loop. The first brand did not. And that this is a roll, not precut pieces. Also the adhesive is super high quality. My dogs legit wrestle on the couch and this stuff keeps the material in place!!! The material I am using is a Moroccan type large throw, the sort they use in the middle east for the large floor couches. It's pretty lightweight and not a super tight knit, so it's a fabric conducive to velcro. So yeah, excellent product, DEFINITELY industrial as described!!
