This floating metal address number meets the advertised height of five inches, but the width of the character was slimmer than I expected. To be clear, the build quality itself is solid—the metal is thick and feels durable enough for outdoor use. It’s just the font silhouette that comes across a bit narrow in person.Installation was fairly straightforward. The design uses spacers and ribbed nails that you hammer into wall anchors. I recommend putting something in over the number when hammering so you don’t scratch or mar it. The included hardware works, and the font is clean and readable from a distance. At the time of review, each number is priced at $5, which seems fair given the material and presentation. I mounted mine to a mailbox rather than the house itself, and after about a month outside it’s still holding up well. Only time will tell how it weathers long term. One thing worth noting is that the backside or hollow interior of the number isn’t painted. That surface is exposed if you're using the spacers for the floating effect, and I imagine that would be the first area to develop rust over time. I went ahead and gave it a light coat of black paint to add some protection, but it would have been nice if that step had already been taken at the factory for consistency and matching the finish. All in all, it’s a decent product for the price. Not flawless, but functional and clean-looking if you're willing to do a little extra prep. I’d recommend it.

I am very impressed with these house numbers. They stand out and look very nice. They are made of zinc alloy and plated with black coating, so they should not rust. And they are indeed well made, and obviously heavier (which is good) as compared to the plastic ones or low profile ones. The price is very reasonable at the time of the review and look good on both the house or the mailbox. And because they stand out a bit, they give a very nice shadow look to them.

Well made and will be easy to install. Although I wished I had gone with a larger size. This was a test piece as I've never had this type of house numbering before. I need something to make our house address easier to find from the street. I like this very much and will order some additional numbers to make it work for my needs. I am limited on what I could spend and these were on sale. I recommend if the five inch size is what you are looking for.

These are perfect. I like how they can be installed and look like they are floating. We’ve been wanting to update our house numbers and now we can. These will look so sharp on our house.

This is a nice option for putting your address on a sign or directly on your house. At $5, this is reasonably priced. It is easy to install, nice high quality metal, and looks classy and durable. The size is nice, but if your house is not right by the road I would suggest getting larger numbers.
