Just got this rechargeable battery kit, Seems fine, but after charging, I figured out as I tested the battery packs that only one worked. One battery pack works fine, both charging stations work fine, but a faulty battery pack ruins the deal.

I purchased this item in December of 2016. The batteries worked well for almost a full year before one of them started to go. Now one of the batteries has trouble maintaining life for longer than 2 hours. The actual station was difficult to work after a few weeks from initial purchase because the prongs never connected properly in the back station. I could set the front down with ease and it would charge, but it would take setting and resetting the back station several times before it would begin to charge - this wasn't so much an issue as much as it was a nuisance for myself to get it charging.I contemplated getting the product again since I need replacement battery packs, but seeing recent reviews swayed me elsewhere.

If you don't have one already I highly recommend you get this charger ASAP. This is a total game changer! I wasted way too much money constantly replacing batteries, and as you know xbox controllers eat battery power at an astonishing rate. This charger looks cool and works great, charges relatively quickly and holds both controllers so if one dies just switch it out. The only down side is; don't forget to put it on the controller because if you run out in the middle of a game you can't charge and play. Also just a word of caution; when it says the battery is low, it means it, at that point you only have a couple minutes top left, so switch out before you start another game. No complaints though, this charging system has worked terrific and given me no problems. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Been using this for a solid two weeks now. The cradle it built well, the controllers just sit right in place and start charging. The way the base is designed they controllers only fit in one way and the front lights light up when charging so no worries about them sitting there and not charging. Very pleased with the product. The batteries have lasted a full day of use and still had power to spare.

To be fair this charger I ordered for an xmas present for my son and he didn't start using it till the 1st week of January. It starts off as a great product. The setup was straightforward and the battery life is decent. The problem I have with it is one of the charging positions no longer works. When I have a controller in the front cradle the charging light no longer comes on nor does it charge the controller. I have tried contacting the seller several times over the last 4-5 weeks but have not gotten a answer. Bottom line when it worked....it did work as advertised but there is no customer support or answering of customer inquiries. This takes a decent product down to 1 star. I understand there are bad units but a prompt response and resolution would have fixed my option of this product.

Battery doesn't last as long as regular batteries but they charge very quickly. I'd agree with other reviews in that they last between 6-8 hours of game play and only takes an hour or two to charge. They tell you to not charge a battery by itself but they charge fine disconnected from the controller with some careful balancing. My only gripe is they take some force to get on and off the controler. So much so I'm afraid I'm going to break something when putting one on and it takes a flat head screw driver to get one started to take off. Not that big of a deal once you get the hang of it thought.

Item seems to work well. However when the battery dies while you are playing and the Xbox tells you "Controller Batteries Low" it really means it, Controller shut off and didn't turn back on until I charged them again.They fully charge in roughly two hours from completely dead. Batteries last between 3-8 hours (unsure exactly, used on different days) but batteries don't disconnect like they did on the Xbox 360 controllers with similar productsThe controllers sit comfortably in the base, although you do need to remove any attached controller devices (Keypad, Mic converter, etc.) in order to charge them.Had to remove one battery from the controller and it was incredibly tough to do so. I did manage to get it out, but was afraid of breaking my controller when I was in the process of it. The batteries do however fit well in the controller as if they were the regular battery cover.I recommend the product as an alternative to the play and charge kit and not in conjunction with.Otherwise solid product.

This is a great set up to charge my controllers which saves buying TONS of batteries for myself and my families EXTENSIVE gaming hours. It works amazingly you set one or both controllers on the docking station and they charge wonderfully. The clean look of the docking station really blends into the same color as the controllers which gives it a nice clean look in our living room. As previously stated most everyone in my house ( 5+ people) play on the Xbox box one console, we were burning through so much money on batteries we could've probably bought a whole nother Xbox one with how much we'd spent. This allows us to save that money for future things ( such as the new Nintendo console coming out in march!) Now being a gamer I want long play time with these charged controllers, I've tested it out playing Assassin's creed syndicate for 14+ hours and they hold up amazingly, on my the box it says 18 hour play time. I haven't pushed that far but I am sure it could easily reach that or beyond!Amazon didn't ask me to review this or give me any discounts because of this review, this is simply me LOVING this recharging station and the peace it has brought to my house.

Prodotto grandioso! Non ho mai riscontrato nessun problema nel caricamento, c'è l'ho da 5 mesi. I led sono particolarmente potenti, ma io ho l X box sopra la tv e quindi il dock punta verso il soffitto e non infastidisce nessuno (e comunque basta girarlo, al limite). Le batterie non stanno molto a caricarsi completamente, circa 1 ora, forse qualcosa di più, e anche a consolle spenta. Ci si riesce a giocare 7 ore buone. Se si tengono due pile di riserva, nella disgraziata e remota evenienza in cui la batteria Venom si scarichi e stiate giocando in due, si possono usare intanto quelle pile e, facendo le cose bene, mettere in carica solo la batteria senza controller, in attesa di poterla applicare nuovamente al joystick (provato personalmente come tutto il resto)!Penso di aver recuperato largamente la ventina di euro che costa, dato che ne avrei spesi sicuramente di più in pile al litio.Meglio anche del cavo, perché basta poco tempo per avere un buon livello di carica, e non si ha il "fastidio" di fili e aggeggi attaccati al controller, e si sfrutta meglio dato che si possono mettere in carica due controller invece che solamente uno per volta! Consigliatissimo e utilissimo, facilissimo da usare. Non ho ancora riscontrato lati negativi, ma se dovesse succedere aggiornerò la recensione. Per ora 5 stelle strameritate.

Für einen original Xbox One Akku mit Ladekabel zahlt man etwa 18 Euro. Das war für mich schon Grund genug, nach einem günstigeren Produkt vom Drittanbieter Ausschau zu halten. Ich mache sowas nicht grundsätzlich, denn das kann durchaus teure Schäden verursachen, aber bei einem Controller ist das Risiko ja vertretbar. Diese Ladestation kostet knapp 26 Euro und damit nur unwesentlich mehr als ein Original-Akku. Dafür sind im Paket zwei Stück enthalten, inclusive der passenden Ladestation. Preislich lohnt sich das also schonmal.Beim Auspacken musste ich mir so ein bisschen den Gedanken verbieten, dass die Docking Station billig wirkt. Das liegt daran, dass sie aus Kunststoff und sehr leicht ist. Die Verarbeitung ist absolut solide, es ist nur das Gewicht, frei nach Jurrassic Parc zitiert: "Ist es schwer? Dann war es teuer. Leg es weg." Also nicht irritieren lassen.Die Akkus passen genau in die Controller rein, die Controller liegen gut und sicher in der Docking Station. Zumindest, solange man sie nicht hin und her schiebt. Beim rumschütteln würden die Controller natürlich rausfallen. Die Station wird dann an die Xbox angeschlossen und lädt die Akkus auch, wenn man die Xbox selber gerade gar nicht benutzt. Das ist natürlich sehr praktisch. Ich habe zwar immer mindestens zwei Controller (für entsprechende Spiele und zum Wechseln, wenn der Akku leer ist), aber durch das Laden im ausgeschalteten Zustand sollte man hier auch mit nur einem Controller gut zurecht kommen - zumindest, wenn man ihn nach dem Spielen immer auf die Docking Station legt. Das sieht übrigens auch sehr viel ordentlicher aus, als die Dinger einfach irgendwo rumfliegen zu lassen.Zwei rote Lämpchen zeigen, dass die Akkus laden; zwei grüne zeigen, dass sie geladen sind. Das hat mich bei den Original Play & Charge Kits immer gestört, da man dem Controller nie ansah, wie weit er denn jetzt geladen war. Da habe ich manches mal reihenweise ungeladene erwischt, ehe ich endlich den geladenen Controller in der Hand hatte.Alles in allem günstig, macht seinen Job, sieht gut aus. Kann ich empfehlen.
