Spend a bit more for serviceable slides. As others have noted, Vevor's customer service will give you the run-around for a while before finally denying any responsibility. They told me to contact Amazon, but since it had been a while before I got around to installing the slides, Amazon told me to contact Vevor.All 6 of the slides arrived in an unusable state. Small plastic pieces were broken and fell out of the packaging when I opened them. It's clear that the plastic is poor quality and very brittle.These slides are just false economy. Buying Vevor products is a dice roll.

Super easy to install and really strong with a nice soft stop.Tested and hold around 200lbs easily. Fit perfectly for a floating side fridge bar, highly recommend. Time will tell if they are as good as ikea.

These drawer slides are beefy! Full extension holds a lot of weight. The latches are to hold it open, not to release the drawer (I was mistaken to their purpose and had to drill out the locks on mine - my mistake and these are very good quality so no knocking them, just my ignorance). If you’re not using it on a truck bed, you might want to choose the ones without locks. I’m very pleased with these, and will buy more if needed.

I initially had high hopes for VEVOR, as five out of the six items I ordered worked fine, hence my rating. If everything had arrived undamaged, it would have been a great deal. Unfortunately, one of the items was damaged upon arrival, and that’s where the real issue began.Rather than resolving the problem efficiently, VEVOR dragged out the process past the refund and replacement period—almost intentionally. The solution was simple: they could have reviewed the pictures they requested on three separate occasions from three different representatives. Instead, I received email notifications stating that my issue tickets would be closed due to "no response" from me—despite the fact that I was reaching out almost every day, sometimes every other hour, as the delay was affecting my project.Each time, they requested the same information, and I sent the required pictures of the damaged item and packaging multiple times. The simple solution would have been to send a replacement or issue a partial refund. Instead, they blamed logistics and wasted time with no urgency to make things right. Ultimately, I had to order a replacement from another company just to keep my project on track, still hoping VEVOR would resolve the issue—but they never did.This experience showed a complete lack of integrity and accountability. A company that values its customers would have handled this situation quickly and fairly. Instead, VEVOR chose to delay, deflect, and ultimately leave me with a damaged product and no resolution. I will not be purchasing from them again and would caution others to consider their poor customer service before buying.

I purchased the 6pairs of under mount drawer slides. The box arrived with some slight damage typical of packages traveling from Chinese manufacturers. When I opened the box it was missing all of the plastic handles that attach to the drawer bottoms in addition to the screws. I contacted Vevor through their customer support website and started the conversation to get them to send me the missing items. After 6 days of back and forth, providing them with photos and explanations I finally got an email telling me that they didn’t have any stock available to send me the very inexpensive but necessary parts. They advised me to return them to Amazon for a refund or exchange. Vevor is a huge company that sells hundreds of various items but they don’t have 6 pairs of plastic drawer latches! They should have told me that they didn’t intend to assist me 6 days ago and I would have repacked what I received and sent them back to Amazon. Buy from Vevor at your own risk, I’ll be buying a different brand from now on.

Very good drawer slides at a good price. Unfortunately I couldn't make them work in my application. The dresser I have had short slides that only allowed the drawer to open 3" to 4" on a drawer that is 16" deep. By what I found while trying to fix the issue is that it is a California regulation thing. Anyway, the original slides fit into grooves in the sides of the drawer making the slot between the drawer and the inside of the dresser very narrow. So regular drawer slides won't fit. This is why I tried the bottom slides, but with no structure between the bottom of each drawer to the next drawer it was a significant engineering project to try to make them work. Plus, since the dresser was already assembled there wasn't much room to properly layout and drill the attach holes. I ended up finding longer replacement slides that fit in the drawer grooves. I had searched for them previously but must have used the wrong description because I couldn't find any like the ones in the dresser. I obviously found the magic combination of words the last time I searched because I found the exact item I was looking for. Quite a pain in the butt project but eventually got the drawers to operate the way they should. Why on earth Ashley Furniture would sell such a useless dresser is beyond me. I'm sure others are frustrated and have bloody knuckles like I used to have trying to reach into the drawers.

I've used these in several cabinets I've built and recently built all new kitchen cabinets and used about 16 pair. They work great. It's a nice alternative to blum which are better I'm sure but the cost is so high. These are very strong and work smoothly.

They are a nice track but too oily. You touch the metal or put it down somewhere and you get oil on your hands or workbench and then you touch raw wood and you have an oil stain. Now you have to try and sand out the oil stain before you can put on your finish. I would give it a 5 star because it is a nice track but the oil on my raw wood was very frustrating.
