Amazon is as usual, amazing to deal with. But this product is not as advertised.So we purchased one directly from Vevor. DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECTLY from Vevor.The product did not work correctly when I received it. I tried to contact Vevor for a return / refund.The phone # does not work, the chat takes you to "Just ask" which costs you up to $40.When I finally got someone to help, via email only, the file is under review for weeks. Finally, they offered me approx 30% of my money back and I can keep the non working machine, because it "could get complicated" if I returned it for refund. To be continued.....Never ever again.

Le maximum de température que j'ai réussi a atteindre est 1064 C alors que sur le site de vente il est supposé atteindre 1150 C. De plus le creuset s'est fissuré a cette température. Le gant de la main gauche était défectueux. J'ai du payer 29.16 $ pour le retourner a la compagnie alors qu'il est défectueux et qu'il n'y a aucune mention a propos des frais de retour sur le site de vente. Très décevant.
