I loaded the grill to the max (6lbs) and felt it wouldn't handle it but it did it's job. Sometimes when I turned it off to cut some meat, it wouldn't turn on instantly and needed a few on/off switching. I hope it was just because it was working hard. Make sure to put something under the grill as in my case fat was everywhere on the table.

Product does not maintain flames evenly so the top is hotter and cooks faster. Top part of the meat will be burnt by the time bottom gets done.

For the money, this spit worked well. Made 4lbs of shawarma yesterday for family and friends, and it was a hit. Clean up wasn't bad at all.All and all, it's fairly well built. The only thing that didn't work was the ignition switch. No big deal, the burners lit easily with a stick lighter.Thumbs up on this one! 👍

Everything was used as the instructions stated, but it stopped working halfway and it burnt the electrical parts and it made the house switch malfunction. So, we’re stuck with nothing for thanksgiving dinner when all the stores are closed. I don't recommend using this.
