you will not find a better RC winch. has 4 times the pulling power then models 2 and 3 times its price. tested with 7.4 volts and it pulled 38 pounds.
It was exactly what I expected. Good.

What I don't like about it is, the lock on top is not a lock at all like it should be. Just a screw in tab. Would not pair the remote to the control box. I'm not returning because it's already here and for the price I can make it work on something in the future. Anyway, good luck with your chances.

I don’t know about the remote with it because my RC car came with one already, but the winch itself is outstanding. Very powerful works well haven’t had a problem with it yet and I’ve had the winch on my truck for probably a year now.
