This is an honest violin peg hole reamer. (I picked it up to upgrade a peg). The reamer was able to widen an already made hole and create a hole on the other side although being bigger and not being fully inserted. Got to be patient and a steady and firm hand. I'm happy with this purchase.

This Peg Hole Reamer is so easy to use and makes a smooth fine cut. The tools works like it's cutting into butter, that is a good thing but keep that in mind so you don't remove too much material in the peg hole.

It worked very well and helped me replace my tuning keys with new ebony ones. The new keys with trued up holes, with the reamer, helped with the ease of tuning my Violin.
