Acabo de recibirlo hoy. Lo usé unas cuantas veces, empecé en la configuración más baja solo para comprobarlo. This vibration plate was ready to go right out of the box.It is simple to operate - just step on, press a button, and adjust the speed. No complicated setup or learning curve.I have used it a few times each day for a quick session and feel more refreshed and lighter afterward.It is also quiet and fits easily in my space. Perfect if you want something straightforward for home wellness

The speaker stopped working after connecting to Bluetooth once. It has been complicated to get a replacement or refund still waiting.

I’m genuinely impressed. It’s solid and sturdy (supports up to 400 lbs!), and it stays in place even at higher speeds. With 99 adjustable speed levels, it’s great for everything from light lymphatic drainage sessions to more intense workouts.The vibrations really engage your core and legs, and I can feel the difference in circulation and muscle tone already. Vibration plates were so much in the talk and I do understand the reason. The Vibration Plate Exercise Machine a 10 mins use itself shows a difference on how you feel about your body. I feel that my bloating is getting reduced not sure what is the scientific reason behind but maybe it does lymphatic drainage. The size is extremely compact , does take much space and i use it while watching news in the morning .It feels amazing and i want to buy it for my family also. Super easy to use , has multiple settings and I love the workout quality we get in such short time spent on the machine daily bases.

Just got it today. Used it a few times, started on lowest setting just to check it out. Ended sitting on it with hands down, to get vibrations into the kinks in my shoulders and neck. So therapeutic! Just kind to body and feels amazing. I did notice it shifts between sideways and vertical vibrations. I’m looking forward to opening up areas that have held Tension for years and getting the kinks out. Thank you!!!

Love this! It truly does make me feel good just lifting some 10# weights while doing simple squats on here. The only annoying thing is the LOUD voice declaring "the Bluetooth device is connected successfully"... there is no way to shut it off but that is a small price to pay I guess :)
