It never mentioned about not using it if you had a knee replacement . I read manual ,that is when I found out. I was out of state when it came to my house for 3 months. So it was to late to return it.

I had heard great things about this vibration plate and decided to try it. Not only has it helped me with my circulation but I have also lost weight with it. I struggle with leg and lower back pain and since using this I have most of my circulation back and the pains have subsided. It has also helped with my balance. I love that there is a remote control. My starting weight is 270 so needless to say this is a very sturdy vibration plate.

6 months ago I tore my rotator cup in my right shoulder and running on the treadmill hurt way too much. I needed a way to stay in shape until after I had surgery on my shoulder. I also needed something to help me with restless legs at night. I've been searching for something to meet these needs for a while. My daughter's occupational therapist mentioned her father using a vibration pad to help with blood circulation in his legs following a stroke. That wasn't exactly what I needed so I went to work researching which type of device would be best for me. I found this particular vibration pad to be highly rated and a really good price and so I went ahead and gave it a shot. I have been absolutely nothing but impressed by this product! There's such a wide range of speed and intensity features on it that more than meets all of my needs for restless legs and staying in shape. All I had to do was stand on it for 10 minutes on the jogging setting and I felt like I had been running on the treadmill for half an hour just without all the sweating and body aches. I have a special needs child with cerebral palsy and spinal muscular atrophy, she also has enjoyed using this vibration pad. When her occupational therapist brought over hers she was afraid of it but this product she loves! The lowest setting is just perfect for her weak muscles. I was concerned it would be too much, too powerful for her, but it was perfect. It's been helping her to stimulate her weak muscles and it's been helping me to stay in shape until I can hit the treadmill again in addition to this product! Absolutely five stars!!! I highly recommend it for a wide variety of uses.

I am enjoying this product much more than I even expected. The first time I used it, I could feel tightening in my abs. I had three others try it and after just a few minutes they said they could feel their lower abs tighten and one even felt relief in her lower back. I know two people have ordered this since they tried mine.

I have reflex in my legs, lots of swelling in my legs and knees due to having Limpidema. This vibration machine is awesome. My pain in my legs is so much better since I have purchased this machine. I have been using the machine for just 10-20 minutes per day. I highly recommended this vibration machine if you have issues with your Lymphatic fluid system blood flow.

I am a big girl, and it does great when I'm on it. So it holds the weight. I've only been using it for 2 weeks. What I do notice is, I urinate much more often on days that I use it. I know for sure because I'm a teacher and I'm on a tight schedule. I am having to ask my aid for a quick break between normal scheduled potty breaks. So it must be working and draining something. I look forward to more time to see what it does.It also just makes my body feel more energetic, like an awake and ready to go feeling. I use it barefoot because I hate putting on shoes around the house.

I am pleasantly surprised how well this works. You can feel your circulation improving. Easy to use and the remote feature is amazing.
