As a quadriplegic, I have to do my exercises on the side of my bed, which this was easily able to come under my feet. As I sat leaned over, I still was able to feel my whole body shake, except for my bum. I definitely felt a little sore the next day, but this did help relieve my knee pain. I am liking this machine so far and can’t wait to see how I do in the near future.

I was impressed with the quality for the price! It’s really nice looking too and comfortable. Using this after a workout is super nice and makes my muscles hurt less. It’s super easy to set up and use. Not too loud and I love the functionality. You can use it to recover from a workout or use it to workout!

The vibration levels exceeded my old vibration plate by a different company. The price point on this vibration plate was very reasonable. I like that. It has a remote control so you can shut it off before you step off the plate. Overall, this is a great unit and it has helped a lot with my joint pain.

I used to have a mini vibration board to massage my feet, but it was bulky and only had 3 vibration settings. I gave it away a long time ago. When I saw this KOTOKO Vibration Plate Exercise Machine Whole Body Workout, I didn't believe the workout claim but was intrigued the product page mentioned using it for lymphatic drainage. I have degenerative arthritis in my knees and walk my dog every day because "motion is lotion." Maybe the vibrations will help me in that regard. After opening the boxes and taking my own measurements, this plate is definitely smaller than the photo of the young woman doing a yoga pose on one. Yes, they do list the Product Dimensions 21"D x 12.6"W x 4.7"H, but most people like me are influenced by visual photos, rather than reading the numbers. I feel the photo is somewhat deceptive. This vibration plate does weigh 14 lbs., so it's not too difficult to pick up and move it to places where there are dedicated wall plugs. The Instructions of the User Manual state, "Do not share the power socket with other electrical devices. Ensure proper grounding." I moved it away from using a power cord behind our sofa. I wanted to place it near a counter, wall, or piece of furniture I can hold onto for support, if necessary. The directions for using the remote control are somewhat difficult to understand. For now, I manually flip on the backside switch and press the red Power button. I then press the blue minus button to lower the 15-minute default time to 4-5 minutes. However, I cannot set the vibration speed on 1 until I press the green Start/Stop button. So, the plate already vibrates before you step onto it. That's why I like to be able to hold onto something in case I can't stand the intensity, might lose my balance, and need to step back off. I'm nowhere near being ready to try any Workout Modes. I took a couple of photos while standing on the board. I've used it after walking; my knees definitely enjoy the vibrations. I also notice when I change my stance and posture, the vibrations can go further up to my chin. I believe the more I use it and can slowly increase the speed, as well as duration, I will feel more relief.Overall, I think this product is beneficial. However, it's more like a beginner's vibration board because it's so small but adequately jiggles you, allowing for additional intensities.

I love the remote and the multiple settings. It's really easy to use and the pads on the feet or really durable. I can but it on hard wood and carpet and it does amazing. Also love the color.

Had some scratches on it when arrived & no batteries.Had to go to store. It’s either difficult to program or the remote doesn’t work well. It is giving my legs a workout though.
