I had to drill holes through plates that had been cheated while welding to another plate. Use a good lubricating oil and they work awesome. Would highly recommend

Drilled 8 holed through 1/4 steel and it's just as sharp as it started. This was using a hand electric drill each hole took about 60 seconds
