Not true cfm I have a 95 cfm airbrush booth wanted something stronger to pull the fumes faster. well 95 cfm is about the same airspeed as this one. Not happy

Seems to be working amazing I like how light weight it is and honestly it's strong then I thought it would be! It's not to loud not much more different then a fan it's just the right size for my 4x4 tent it seem durable like it wouldn't brake easy if dropped and the plus side it didn't come with any weird smells for the price I couldn't beat it I'd buy again in the future

EC motors are essentially DC motors with electronic controls. They are more efficient, quieter, brushless, and longer lasting than a/c motors. The design of this motor seems to also be very efficient and quiet when it comes to actual operation compared to simple exhaust fans, and yet the price is quite low.Normally, EC motors are more expensive than regular a/c motors, so this is a real bargain. You're getting up to two or three times the airflow compared to an a/c motor of that size, a fan unit that is quieter than comparable typical a/c exhaust fans, you have more control over HOW much cfm you want to move, and it already has a cord.It's just amazing to this old hvac contractor how technology has changed our industry, and this is just one small but great example of the advancement of ec motors into our industry. I will be using this for a bathroom exhaust fan, but it really can be a duct booster, up to tripling the cfm that normally would flow through the duct, it can be use to bring in fresh air, exhaust stale or hot air, any number of uses. Great motor!

I needed to exhaust a room with wonderful aromas (has the cat litter box). I tried putting in a 4 inch bathroom exhaust fan in the exterior wall. That fan was supposed to be quiet but it was really loud and only moved 76 cubic feet per minute. It just wasn’t worth the noise. I removed that fan and put this same size 4 inch duct fan in its place. It is rated at 130 CFM but that is at full speed. With the speed regulator I can adjust just how many CFMs I want moved out for how much noise I am willing to live with – great control.The fan housing is smooth, firm, plastic, and the 7 blade fan moves a lot of air. The housing has a second set of 10 curved pitched blades which give a good, full air flow. One advantage with the speed regulator is at slower speeds the sound pitch is also lower frequency and thus less irritating.I have the fan plugged into an Amazon smart plug and scheduled in Alexa to turn on at 8:00am and off at 9:00pm.Great little fan.

Some people have homes with central AC's that have distribution that needs a little help. When I bought my home, I put in an expensive fan like this, which started to show its age. This cost a lot less, and if it lasts half as long, that works for me. The fan controller is excellent with this unit as is it's CFM
