Pretty, good quality, and compact pen to carry around. 360° surround sound pickup, but sound is only picked up within about 10 feet. Clear recording and playback of conversation or music.I had a hard time figuring out how to start the recording at the beginning, but I finally figured out. I like its USB-C connection that can be connected to smartphone or computer.

The pen has a lightweight and discreet design, making it easy to use. However, there are several durability issues. The cap pops off too easily and gradually becomes looser over time. After just 1-2 months of using it twice a week, I noticed it sliding off frequently. The clip also loosened with use, making it less secure.While I appreciated its ease of use, I ultimately lost it because it fell out of my pocket. Additionally, I wasn’t a fan of having to twist the metal bottom to use the pen. Overall, it has some good features, but its design could be improved for better security and durability.

Update - I changed from 1 star to 5 stars for their awesome costumer service. I will not buy this product again, but am looking forward to seeing what else they have to offer. Thank you!So I've only recorded once, and the quality is absolutely horrible. The pen itself is very easy to use, but you can't make out what anyone is saying. Not worth the money and am going to return

Not recommended, continuous recording less than 1 hour, it is hot. Overheating for a long time not only affects the performance of the recorder, leading to a decline in recording quality, but also makes people worry about whether there will be a security risk.

The pen records and writes nicely, but instructions aren’t very thorough. Doesn’t tell or show if recordings can be skipped or deleted and the earphones up and down buttons for volume starts the recording from beginning and shows you can plug the pen in to an iphone to download the recording, but it does not work on my iPhone 15 pro max.

Nice little gadget. As a school nurse this comes in very handy. It has a large storage that holds hours of recordings, and the voice activated feature makes it so convenient to use. The sound quality is clear, even in noisy environments, thanks to the noise canceling function. I really like that it's small and portable, I can take it anywhere and just pull it out when I need it.

The sound quality is impressive, I can't believe how well it picks up! As a kid I always imagined having something like this, and the price paid for something like this? A dream come true, a 100% value for your money type of product. The size is great, just looks like a regular pen, and its so easy to use, just click a button and it records! Works great and has great sound. If you're considering it, just hit purchase!
