Wow! Purchased this cool looking air filter back in June 2022, by August it went from blue to this white color; I reached out to TGM Performance because Amazon sent me to them and they indicated that something was wrong so they sent me a replacement which was installed Oct 18th 2022. At the time I thought this was great service and was surprised to hear a sound difference between the two filters; today at this writing, Jan 29, 2023 the replacement has seen 2880 km's of use and is white again and the manufacture is now saying that it's normal and I now have to re-oil it. Pardon? Three and a half months and I have to re-oil? Two parts stores locally think its unheard of that the color goes away and to return it to them immediately, oops I bought it off amazon, they didn't know that. Now no recourse. I wouldn't be buying these products if I were you, but it's your money.

Separate all parts, follow instructions, take your time, and you'll be fine. Increased HP, sounds way better, seems to run cooler too. Why go with stock when you can make improvements?

I JUST GET BURNED THE MASTER CILYNDER GASKET, CAUSE THE HEAT IS ALSO BURNING THE FENDER COVER, PROVABLY I WILL UNMOUNTE AND REPLACE THE OLD ONE THAT CAME WITH MY CHEVY ASTRO VAN.. THANKS..

Have had the unit in vehicle for a month ,intention were to increase mpg ,cant remark much on that aspect ,has to of improved on air mass to the motor ,so fuel /oxygen is likely to be burning more efficiently ,has an interesting sound winding up while entering the expressways ,throttle response a bit more aggressive.

Installation was a little tricky, but fit perfectly all said and done. Sounds like a tuner at wide open throttle. Definitely faster starts and easier to maintain speed. Torque and horsepower increasedFast forward 6 Months. everything is good except for rubber hose/duct work supplied with unit keeps separating from MAP housing. Going to try newer style clamp.
