Love this fan. Generates tons of air movement and noise for sleeping.

Pretty quiet, on the lowest setting which is enough to circulate air. Very happy with it and the design.

This is my second one of this model. First one I bought from Costco. The remote adds a nice touch to control the speed of the fan and to power off the fan. The remote is line of sight. The slow speeds are very quiet and still moves air well. I will probably buy another one.

We own 2 of them. We’ve kept them both running 24-7 during the past few weeks to help our old AC. They are heavy duty wind makers! No issues pushing out huge volumes of air 24-hours a day for weeks at a time during the summer heat waves! But with all that wind power comes a price - they are loud at the higher speeds. Not an issue for us but something to consider if you’re sensitive to background noise.If you need to move a ton of air in a single direction then this little fan will do the job just fine.

This thing is amazing. It is surpisingly quiet for how much air it blows. At low it is basically silent and still creates a nice breeze. Medium is quietly audible but more powerful than a 'normal' fan. Med-hi isn't too loud but a lot of air and high is for when your AC is broken.It looks awesome in person, and has a streamline moderne-esc aesthetic that will do well in spaces with modern materials.I love that you can tilt it downwards because I set it on a high up surface.The remote is way more useful than I imagined. I have this thing like 20ft away pointed near my desk and can use the remote to adjust it as needed. Really nice feature.I was worried that the remote functionality would mean that it used some wierd brushless motor that has PWM frequency that would annoy my dog but it uses a normal induction motor as far as I can tell, which will be very reliable for years to come.This thing is also cheaper than a lot of the other fans Vornado has in this size, which suprises me because it's really nice. Even the little touches like the cord is a nice flexible rubber.

My 3rd Vornado fan. As usual, great wind flow, very powerful. However, this one has a very low hum that's there no matter the fan speed level. It's a bit annoying if you can hear it or if it bothers you, but otherwise it's a great fan.

I bought this fan a little while ago, and it absolutely deserves a glowing review! Vornado fans are famous for their tornado-like power, and this one is no exception. Don't let its small size fool you—this fan is incredibly powerful. The air it blows comes out in a vortex motion, and when you move it further away, the coverage gets wider, making it perfect for circulating air throughout a room.The remote control is a total game changer, especially at night when you just want to turn it off without getting up. Husband is a polar bear and this fan is like a jet engine!! Comes with a remote control, great air flow and power levels are amazing, it’s aesthetically pleasing but a little intrusive noise wise on the highest level

The rubber feet break off too easily, and can't be reattached.I ordered three. One came with a missing rubber footpad and another lost one simply moving it around.I don't see any meaningful difference in performance because they're missing feet. At some point I might just remove all the rubber feet so they're all the same.The fans perform exceptionally well and look great. Less great because of the missing feet though. For the price I think the manufacturer could do better on the feet.

The fan is a bit loud on high setting. Can feel air from verry far from it.

Actually when you look this up other places it’s listed as a new release so it makes sense no one has reviewed it yet. Learning the difference between circulator and oscillator fans is definitely a rabbit hole I got lost in for about a day checking this company out. Vornado is unmatched. Because of the technology that they have been developing for so long. The pivot runs quiet. So quiet in fact that on the lower 2 settings of this 4 setting fan you don’t realize a fan is running. One of the things that makes this company great is they’ve found a way to do this in smaller looking fans. So when you get the pivot it looks on the smaller side but when you turn it on it circulate air up to 70feet and beyond. Perfect for bedrooms living areas in some cases more effective than ceiling fans.Other cool stuff:I’m sure that as I continue to experience the amazingness of Vornado there’s going to be way more that I come to enjoy over time. For the sake of not sounding like a fan boy and as some one who expresses general skepticism when a company says it can do something “revolutionary” I was pleasantly surprised. I was surprised by its quality it’s finish it’s ability to circulate air as efficiently and accurately as it does. I am impressed that on top of all this it comes with a remote (which is definitely a little flimsy, but that’s with just about any fan). Vornado took their time to make something that looks high-end (like something you could add to a nicely furnished living room or office) but it remains light weight. I liked this one so much that I ordered a second one. In addition to keeping your room cool this is also an energy-efficient item. In fact where I live in California the summers get hot and a lot of the older homes near where I stay don’t have air conditioning so fans are essential.ConclusionLong story short in my opinion, you will not regret investing in this Fan. Really most of Vornado’s products (barring the few fan miss-haps I’ve seen in reviews for other specific older models) they are great. I didn’t talk much about the remote. I think the remote is a nice quality however like other fans that use this small of a remote the sensor on the fan isn’t the best. Meaning I can’t control it from across the room unless I have a direct line of sight at the front. While the remote works better than most fans you still need to have a good line of sight straight at the front of the fan. Of to the side or behind doesn’t cut it. But the benefits of this fans style and make up far outweighed my issue with remote use.
