Is this fan a splurge? Perhaps. However I can say it was worth every penny.I live in a studio apartment with no ceiling fan and no way to install one. I like a lot of air circulating, regardless of season, and I’m one of those people who always has the fan on 24/7/365.I’ve gone through a number of cheap ($25 or so) bladeless and blade fans I found on here. They all fail to perform adequately. They’re either terribly noisy, don’t have the power, or just completely crap out after a while.So I looked for a brand I trusted. This fan is perfection. It’s quiet, effective, and has a slim profile. And it’s still cheaper than a Dyson, which I was totally unimpressed with. I love it so much I might buy another one!

This fan is on the smaller side. It looks nice and has a unique design compared to most other table fans. The quick-start guide is clear and concise. Unlike traditional fans that blow air horizontally, this fan propels air vertically. According to its website, it is “designed to capture cool air from the floor and propel it upwards, optimizing circulation when positioned at an elevated height.” I usually place it at least one foot above the floor to avoid stirring up dust, as the floor tends to be quite dusty and could cause the fan to blow dust all over the room.The fan uses a DC motor, which is more energy-efficient, quieter, and more durable than AC motors. Although DC motors are more expensive upfront, they offer lower running costs over time. This fan offers two oscillation options: 90-degree and 180-degree ranges, along with 10-speed levels. Often, I only need a light breeze for comfort, but many other fans' lowest speeds are still too strong for my preference. With this fan, I can run it at speed level 1 or 2, which provides just the right amount of airflow.The timer can be set in one-hour increments. To cancel the timer, press the down button until the display shows 0. Speed control, timer, and oscillation can be adjusted through the control panel on the fan or via the included remote control.The reputable ETL (Electrical Testing Laboratories) certifies that this product complies with necessary safety standards required by North American safety regulation, and it is electrically safe to use.I will need to use this fan a bit longer to assess its durability and reliability. If it does not hold up as expected, I will update my review. For now, though it is a bit pricey, it is performing well, and I recommend it.

This fan has really exceeded my expectations!I guess from the way they described it, I was not expecting it to be so big. Maybe it’s because they emphasized it being a “desk fan”, but I expected it to be much smaller. This is a really big fan. But surprisingly enough, it has a pretty small footprint.With that out of the way, I now will go into the features that set it aside from other fans.The shape of this fan is pretty unique. It’s not your normal flat round fan that oscillates, but rather it is more of a half circle, with the thin part facing out. I guess the design of that is how it pulls the air up from the bottom by your floor and direct it upwards. In this way, it is able to grab cooler air and send it out of the fan instead of just blowing around hot air like normal fans do. Not only does it oscillate from 90° to 180°, but it tilts upwards so if you have the fan sitting on the floor, you’ll direct the cooler air upwards. This makes a big difference because if you’re grabbing cooler air from the bottom and sending it out the top, you are actually cooling off your room. This is greatly different from other fans that just grab the air behind it and push it around.This fan has 10 different speed settings, one of which is the most innovative one and one that I have never seen on any other fan. They call it the “breeze setting”. This setting automatically varies the fan speed gently so that it simulates a natural breeze coming in your room. This is really unique and pretty cool (pun intended!) 🤣I like that this fan has a remote so that you can change settings from anywhere in your room without having to physically go to the fan. I love that the remote control has a magnetic backing so you can put it on something metal and not worry about losing it.This fan is very powerful and can really move the air! However, it is not loud at all. Surprisingly, it maintains a very quiet level while moving the air in your room powerfully. That, in and of itself, would make this fan a number one choice. Add onto it all the other great features and you’ve got a five star fan!This company has really thought of everything in designing this fan. I am very impressed with this and would highly recommend it.

I love the silence of this fan, and the remote control mix is very easy to use. Specifically, I use this when I’m doing telehealth and it keeps me nice and cool without making all kinds of wind noises over the session.

This will make my sixth vornado product and possibly my favorite. I work in a busy call center taking vital accident details and this fan sits right under my feet. It is so silent that when the slight breeze hit my coworkers around me (their request) they still look around for the fan. I especialy enjoy hte automatic speed MODULATOR.
