I have several VKXs and utilize them to assist in monitoring commercial properties. They have saved time and money from researching property damage to identifying unauthorized access onto the property.Easy to set up and the App is user friendly.Have used Vosker for years and the new version of their camera is the best yet!

Item was shipped out quickly and was very easy to setup and install on the app. I love the small size of the camera which allows me to conceal it. The ability to customize the detection zone is an awesome feature. The picture quality is superb even without ordering an HD picture.

When first installed cameras worked great. But 3 months later continuous issues. Last time cameras went off my operation schedule and were recording and alerting me nonstop when I was working at my remote site. Had to call customer service and have cameras reset, then wait and re enter my desired settings. Since Iโve done that Iโm not able to set cameras to work at night which is during greatest security threat. Newest issue is I get alerts of activity on property , but 2-3hrs after the activity takes place! Completely useless for what I paid for these things and the hefty monthly fee on top of that.

I own a 130 acre parcel about 45 minutes from where I live. There are livestock and corn fields and lots of folks that like to trespass. I don't have wifi at the property but wanted a way to monitor the property. Previously I had put a cellular game camera on the main entrance. It worked but I wanted to be able to live view it if I got a detection alert. This camera allows that. I also like I can set an interval it will take a photo at, even if nothing moves in front of it. This peace of mind knowing the camera is still there and pointing in the right location is nice when you can only get eyes on the property every few weeks. The image quality is very good. I have attached a thumbnail, this isn't even the HD photo, and it is detailed enough I could pick out a face. I have had it out for a few days and been messing with live view and pictures on demand, and the battery is still full.Adding the camera to the App is easy as well. I like I can add it then throw a plan on it a couple days after I get it working. It seems too many companies want a credit card just to activate a camera any more. I have no problem paying for a plan once I know the camera will work.For these reasons I think this is a good value camera if you want to have surveillance on an area. It's definitely an upgrade from just a cellular game camera.

Both cameras stopped working shortly after installation. Vosker says I have to drive to the property. Disassemble the cameras and install a manual firmware update using my laptop. These cameras are brand new. They have full service and full battery. Vosker says they donโt have technology to send push updates to their devices. Customer Service is horrible. DO NOT BUY. Worst product you could own for watching your property. Completely unreliable in service and support. One day the devices work. The next they donโt. Vosker says I have to manually upload new firmware. Can you imagine doing this on a frequent basis? Are you cool with your cameras at your remote property to simply stop working one day because Vosker does a forward update that now requires you to drive to your remote property. To then climb up a ladder. To take down the camera. Disassemble the device. Remove the SD card. Then upload new firmware they email you using your laptop. Then climb back up a ladder and reinstall your camera. And maybe do this again next month if they do another firmware update. These people must be crazy!!! Save your money. What a nightmare. Iโm returning mine. This product is garbage. Great concept. Horrible execution. Epic failure as a company. And their customer service is an abomination. If you buy this product you will surely see this disaster first hand. Good luck if you do
