Was having issues with the printer not beIng recognized by the drivers. I have to jump through hopes of fire for them to answer a simple question.

I purchased thinking "portable" meant you can carry around/ and was wireless. It is light, but It is not "wireless". Connectivity is via USB cable. It needs to be connected. Does not offer bluetooth or wifi connectivity. Also you need to download program via a CD. POS does not have CD. It doesn't work for my system.

Complicación buscando los drivers debido a que los que venían estaban desactualizados.Los drivers son necesarios para que reconozca la impresora tu pc.Me tomo un rato, pero funciona 10 de 10.
