Haven't yet installed but looks comparable to the OEM product. I'd trust it in my car.

I have a 1997 4runner and the valve cover gasket was leaking. I think the previous owner cranked the bolts too tight to try and stop the leak and made it worse. I got this to replace the gaskets and it is complete with the spark plug gaskets and intake manifold gaskets. This made the job easy. While I had the intake off I also fixed some old vacuum hoses that are hard to reach behind the intake along the firewall. Make sure you torque the bolts to spec, it's actually very light pressure and if you torque them down too much it distorts the gasket and makes it leak.

Everything seems to be of good quality.

I wish I could say I was excited to use this item but, truth be told, I am dreading it a little bit! (Only because it is a pain to disassemble everything to get them installed!) My car has been leaking oil from of the valve cover seals for a little (ok, long) while. My mechanic (rightfully) scolded me the last time I had my car in for a repair. Oil leaking from the top of the motor can easily ignite on hot exhaust manifolds - not to mention it smells and makes parking anywhere a lot messier!I have not gotten around to actually installing these yet (it is cold out here!) but, as an experienced wrench turner, can spot the difference between good and bad gaskets. Because these are only used for a relatively unpressurized section of the motor, I am confident that they will perform their function well. (If this were a head gasket, I would only use OEM parts.) Since this can really only be evaluated over a much longer period of time, I will commit to returning to this review if I find they perform worse than expected. In the interim, you can assume they are doing the job well!

The kid's 96 Tacoma is getting a new power plant after 307k miles. I have other Toyota vehicles and have replaced knox sensors on a couple of them. The gaskets are as good as I have purchased at NAPA stores. The spark plug gaskets are meaty and fit well. The intake and plenum gaskets make the positive seals I expect. Great value,

This gasket set for a V6 Toyota Tacoma replacement set. So far the gasket set has held up pretty well. Could ask for better quality but it is what it is with these. Change them at your own risk
