We replaced the old ones with 4 new ones less than a week ago. We figured we would replace them all since we weren't sure if more than one was week. Our washer was banging around on the spin cycle. One of the replacement broke today! It's been less than a week. The spring came off totally. Thankfully it was a fairly easy repair and we saved the old ones. Now Im wondering if we take them all out and send them back or what we should do? I didn't see a way to contact customer service for this.

Easy to install when they arrived as long as you can lift your washer up and prop the drum up and was the perfect size for my washer. The plastic on this product doesnโt seem to be as durable as the factory rods and wore out pretty quick.

Arrived on Sept 30 '24, installed that evening. It took under an hour, a set of vice grips, and a long sleeve denim or flannel shirt for forearm protection. Ran the washer for the past month and it's back to normal. My unbalanced issue is resolved.My washer is a Gen 1 Maytag Centennial in case that information is helpful to anyone. If you continue to get unbalanced issues, check to make sure your collars and bushings are installed correctly. The kit comes with collars (for the frame of the washer) and ball joint bushings. Replace your old ones, do not use new ball joint bushings with the old collars. Not sure if that matters, but as a mechanic I've learned to always change collars, bushings, and races whenever installing new parts.
