I went to Home Depot thinking I needed a new washing machine (mine was almost 5 yrs. old) and Maytag wanted $225.00 just to show up. That evening while pondering on which washer to go with I googled "My washing machine is off balance even when empty" I discovered it could be the suspension rods. I went back to Home Depot where they gave me a card with their website where I could order the parts. They put them in my "virtual shopping cart". The price was $171.00 and 4-7 days for delivery to the store. (considerably less than the $569 for a new washer. Anyway, something told me I should look on Amazon (which you should ALWAYS do, by the way) There, I found them for $34.99 and with next day delivery. Youtube had videos showing how to replace them. replacing them was simple, though somewhat strenuous (for an old guy) But I got the job finished within an. hour and the Maytag Repairman has nothin' on me!

My Whirlpool washer of 6 yrs was threatening to walk out the door during spin cycle. My son and I replaced the springs and its like new. Watched a number of online videos which showed step by step how to do it.

Bought these for my dad in order to fix our washer that was going to eventually shake on out the door. It fit perfect. Inexpensive. Great quality; very durable. Brought the noise level down to brand new. Super easy to replace! Worth the $$!

Je viens d'installer ces 4 tiges de suspensions sur ma laveuse. Installation simple et facile surtout après avoir visionner une vidéo qui explique la façon de faire. Compter une heure maximum pour faire le travail. Besoin seulement d'une paire de pince qui barre. J'ai fait un gros lavage avec des draps et des serviettes. Avant la laveuse cognait et se déplaçait s'en était incroyable. Maintenant on croirait que j'ai une laveuse neuve. Reste à voir comment ça va durer dans le temps mais j'ai très confiance. Je certifie que c'est un très bon achat.

Purchased this set to repair a Whirlpool washer. Zero instructions included, so thank goodness for youtube University!!! Repair took just over an hour by myself. Washer no longer bounces violently during rinse and spin cycles. Will see how long these shocks last, but for price compared to genuine OEM, I am super satisfied.
