It inflates and deflates and comes with multiple nozzles to accommodate many air valves, no other accessories or attachments are necessary. It also includes an accordion connector hose which is almost 4 feet long which includes interchangeable nozzles to fit each air valve.

It gets the job done but takes a lot of work. Probably best to get a hand pump instead.

If you need to top off a mattress or something to its firmest point, this would work. However you need something else to fill it the first 99%. A full or Queen size mattress will take you hours of foot pumping and take you to your cardio limit. Better to have six kids and two adults taking turns.. great for the last 1% of firmness, but that’s all. It was a poor decision purchase that I wish I had not made..

I wanted something compact to fit in my dry bag while river tubing. Didn't want to get stuck on the river miles from our destination if we encountered a leak. It fits perfect, the end pieces used to inflate the tub are just what I needed. Along with a patch kit we are ready for the water without any worries.

This pump is very low quality. The first time I used it, I noticed the 1-way valve doesn't work. Essentially, it puts air into the mattress when you press down, and then removes about 30% when you let it return to starting position. It takes a really long time to pump anything up because the air is constantly coming back out. This caused me to pump faster which ended up tearing the plastic because of the shoddy construction. I had to use duct tape to fix the rip. I used it once and threw it in the trash where it belongs.
