the waffle iron is a 1200 w not a 1600w as stated on ad. it also does not stay closed standing up without something to hold it closed like a big rubber band.

I love this device so far for my protein waffles! They aren’t as pretty as the little round guys but I like that it efficiently uses all the space and larger waffles since it’s actually made for Belgian waffles. I like that it makes them crispy as well and easy to clean. I like to make toasted melty sandwiches on it or cook tofu and veggies in it like a little grill.

Description says it also makes pancakes, it doesn't. Have to have heat turned up almost all the way up. Cooks really slow.

Made waffles for the family for Thanksgiving morning and they just love the way they turned out. Easy to operate easy to clean it work great
