Wahl is a very good make on their own, and to be honest never come across many strong tools for dogs.I was looking for several proper and strong, but also tools that didn’t hurt my dog.So I have an Alaskan Malamute dog, a male who is six years old.For anyone who doesn’t know, these types of dogs require a lot of grooming and certainly not for the faint hearted.I have bought a lot of slicker brushes and combs online, and after a while the bristle or metal bits have bent. Also I noticed patches on my dog like scabs. I asked my vet and was told it was the grooming comb and brush I was using. I was mortified so decided to do some investigating on shedding brushes and combs, suitable for my dog. My boy has too coats, the top being waterproof. After hours of researching a Malamute specialist said I needed a high quality metal comb, a slicker brush, and an undercoat rake.I came across this Wahl Double Row Rake and Shedding Blade, and after 40 years of rescuing dogs have found the perfect one. This one was mentioned and had good reviews. This tool feels lovely in the hand, and using on my dog I want to go through his coat very carefully, It is sharp…My boy sheds 3-4 times a year, or as groomers call it blowing their coat. This tool takes out the heaviness and gets rid of a lot of dead hair.To use correctly it says good for short and long haired coats. Removes loose hair on the undercoat. This part is the shedding blade, please use carefully, otherwise you may end up with a bald dog.Great for removing dirt and muck from splashing in dirty water, prevents a lot of matting. It is amazing and I am so glad, this device came up very highly.Super strong, and my boy loves it.⭐️Thank you to the seller⭐️I hope my review helps you.

I can’t believe how brilliantly efficient this brush is. It glides through my Malamute’s thick double coat, removing the undercoat blow without cutting it; the longer prongs enable the undercoat to be brushed 3 x deeper than usual, without the fur catching - resulting in a stuck entanglement. The wad of collected fur easily slides off once the three graduated rows of prongs are full and you get far more strokes through the coat before that removal needs to be done, than the short pronged, button-release models. The squidgy handle is a joy to hold. A wordy review I know, but a necessary explanation for why this grooming tool outperforms every other I have tried in the last 7 years! Worth every penny, thank you x
