I recently purchased this Walking Pad and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The logistics were impressive, with quick delivery right to my door .What I love most about this treadmill is its compact design. It fits perfectly under my desk, allowing me to walk while I stand during conference calls whilst also in front of computer. It's also lightweight and easy to move around, so I can use it in the living room while watching TV.I've been using it almost daily, and it's become an essential part of my routine. The 2.5 HP motor is also quiet, which is great for multitasking without disturbing others. The app and remote control features are user-friendly, making it easy to adjust settings on the fly.

I like this walking mat very much! After studying various options, I received this as a gift, which exceeded my expectations. The delivery experience was excellent - my driver even pushed the big box to the door for me, saving me the trouble of carrying large items.Since then, I have used it every day. It has changed the rules of the game. Although I put it in one place, it is very light and can be moved to another room if necessary. It has excellent shock absorption performance and operates quietly, making it very suitable for home use. Although it offers a higher speed, I have been gradually increasing my speed and currently have no problem walking at about 3 miles per hour.Build a quality feeling premium. Every time I step on it, I feel like I have my own private gym. This walking mat has been the perfect solution for my footsteps in the cold winter, and I can't be happy with my purchase!I like this walking mat very much! Using the PitPat app is very intuitive, making it easy to control the treadmill. Walking while working at the desk has greatly increased my daily activity level. Reliable warranty service. When I encountered a small problem during the installation process, the customer support responded promptly.

Perfect size, goes a decent speed, great for walking while working from home. I just wish it didn't beep so loud when turning on and changing speeds.

Update: After this review this wonderful company reached out to me to make things right. After the belt frayed a tiny bit it seems to have somehow straightend it's self out. Think I might have spoken too soon bc now it's perfect.*** I've had my walking pad since March 27th, 2025. So 17 days, I did my research for weeks trying to find the right size, The right speed and Something that would arrive in time for my daughters birthday. As much as I love it I don't think it's going to last. The belt goes so far to the right that it is starting to rub and fray. I keep it oiled and try adjusting it but it makes no difference. It's makes an aggravating sound as well. I can't go past a certain speed without the rubbing and sound getting worse. I do love it though and hope it lasts.

Sets up pretty easy. I did not get the safety cord but customer service was great and sent me one quickly. It is heavier than expected and could use bigger rollers to move it with. Folds nice and I can tuck it under the couch. The bars that lock the handles in place were very tight and we had to adjust then to get the bars up and lowering them. During the first times using it, it kept stopping on its own a few minutes in. I had to log into the internet and download the app so it worked right. I really did not want to do use an app, just wanted to walk. Works just fine when I got it going so can't complain. Quiet. Wish it inclined a little but is still good for this old lady.
