i like it. I built some wood framing to hang it below a soffit (wood framing attached to the floor joists). It's really easy to slide my 6ft ~100lb bag on this simply by pulling the chain. I haven't used it extensively yet to comment on how it holds up but it seems like decent quality & adequate sturdiness.
