Wouldn’t hold food at a hot temperature. Yes gets hot to touch.. but food is cold. I even tried a second day and wrapped food tray and earned with foil to keep heat and use water for even distribution…Cold food and not able to return. Really sad.

This product seems having temperature control issues. It is not really reflected real temperature and it make me wonder if this is safe to operate. Although I just used couple time with low temperature. I am not sure it is safe at higher temperature. I wish the lower temperature has more detail control for fermentation and seed germination.

I'm using this warming food mat for my own personal use during parties and events hosted by my family. I feel that the price is reasonable for the product I received. The mat is simple to roll up fpr storage and is lightweight. I like that it keeps the food warm without burning. I think the appearance is a low attention graber which is a good thing. Made from a durable and reliable material. I would recommend for its unique design and durable build material.

I really love this and I wasn't expecting to. When we eat dinner, I always feel like I'm eating cold food because I'm trying to get things on the table and clean. I used this to try to keep the dishes warm that we were all sharing and now I use it all the time.If you're a slow eater and want your food to still be a good temperature, seriously consider this. It makes a difference. I even packed it to take on our Christmas trip because I wanted to be able to lay out warm snacks and dips.

This warming mat works great, that mat is silicone and it looks and feels well made, the overall saize of this mat is nice too, you can easily keep 4 or 5 medium sized pots or plates warm at the same time, the one feature I really like is that heating coil on the bottom side of the mat cover just about the whole mat, so the entire top of the mat will keep food warm, the mat has a heat levels and I was pretty surprised at how fast the mat heats up, I also like that the mat has a child lock on it as well, another feature I like is that mat can be rolled up for easy storage, all in all I am very happy with this warming mat.

So far this product works well. I gave it only 4 stars because it's smaller than I thought it would be. But it definitely kept our food warm for several hours, and that's the reason I bought it.UPDATE: I asked the mfg about being unable to set temperatures and didn't get a good response, so I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars. It appears that the temperatures are already set. That being said, I may need to return the product or be content with this issue. It does keep food warm though.
