This is perfect for any holiday meal, gathering or such! Very convenient to place on a counter top and plug in in order to keep your dishes warm! It is the perfect size for counter placement and to hold multiple dishes, it is easy to wipe off and clean up as well as to store! It is put together very well, the materials are durable and seemingly long lasting! The handles are very sturdy and hold the weight of the warmer plus the extras if you need to move or rearrange it, the handles are easy to grab and hold onto as well! The settings are easy to set to your liking and only takes a minute or so to heat the entire piece, it stays perfectly according to the settings and keeps an even heat across the whole piece throughout the duration of use! It is very easy to store when not in use and does not take up a great amount of space. This is perfect for anyone that loves doing holiday meals or gatherings! Great value!

So, anyone who has read my reviews knows we have a rather large family and that we all live pretty close together. I can't help it; I love having my family all together for multiple family gatherings and I love to cook for them all. Of course, as my girls have gotten older and older, they often help with these dinners by bringing dishes to add to the dinner as well and that is when this warming tray comes in really handy. I pull it out, put it on the buffet counter and let it doit's work.I have to say when it first came to the house, I was a bit surprised by the size of the tray. I know I read the dimensions before ordering it, but I am not as good with sizes and such as my husband is. I LOVE that it is big enough to hold at least 6 maybe 8 nice sized serving dishes and keep them warm. Of course, for nearly anyone this would be great for yearly family gatherings like Easter dinner or Thanksgiving or Christmas, but at my house it is used at least twice a month every month. It is perfect for our fairly regular potluck Sundays as well as the holiday feats. Also, we find that we take it to church often to help when there has been a funeral or some other need to feed a crowd, like during a wedding reception. It is a really big help to keep things fresh and warm through the entire meal.It is really clever that there is the temperature control which allows me to set the perfect warmth for the food, this of course ensures that everything stays delicious without drying out. I can enjoy the company of my guests while knowing that the food is just right. I have learned through use that it heats pretty evenly; I don't find any cold spots in the dishes - just straight uniformity with the warmth. However, I did encounter a couple of challenges. The size can make storage tricky in my kitchen, which is a good size, but I never feel like I have enough storage space. Such is par for the course with a large family. However, I have seen some of these warming mats that roll up. This one does not and so not try to lift the entire warming plate while fully loaded, even if you are a big strong grandpa, you will quickly learn it is a bad idea - enough said.Despite these minor issues, I really love this tray, and we use it all the time. It is a huge timesaver for me and it helps me serve warm meals for my family. I love that it seems everything is coming out of the oven, or off the grill, or off the stovetop all at the same time because it is a uniformly warm. I will also be using it a lot this summer as we tend to meet in the pars a lot for different meals. The 4th of July pancake breakfast for example. This tray will allow us to make dozens of pancakes ahead of time and still have them fresh for the start of the breakfast. I am excited about the possibilities and a bit surprised at how often I find that zi use it considering when it first came in the packages, I was a little taken aback by its size. All in all, I highly recommend the warming tray to anyone who loves to entertain or needs to keep food warm for longer. I would be lying if I didn't give it a full 5 stars for its value that it has brought to my world.

Excellent product. I have a large family and do a lot of big dinners. No more clumsy chafing equipment or over heated food.! I love the convenience of rolling it up and storing it.

I hate it when you prepare a multi-course meal and have everything sitting out, and everything gets cold. So I was looking at those heating mats, and really didn't care for them. I'm sure they work, but they don't look very classy to me. I wanted something that would not only keep the food nice and hot, but also LOOKS nice at the same time. This was exactly what I was after. Now, the one drawback is that isn't obviously not as easily stored as the mats you can roll up. That is the lone trade off, and to me, I'm willing to live with that for how nice this looks sitting on the counter with a big spread on top. In fact, I would say it looks nice enough even for professional catering. Will it stand up to the rigors of professional catering, that I can't say, as I'm not a professional caterer. What I am saying, is that it certainly LOOKS the part of being a fully professional piece of gear. And, happily, it keeps food hot while it's looking nice. The heating is actually pretty even...perhaps not as even as in the description, but still pretty even. I was curious, so I took some thermal images of this as it warmed up. You can see much better from my photos exactly how evenly this heats up. I also let it get to full temperature in both high and low and I recorded the surface temp. On low, I was seeing a max temp of around 190f, and on high I recorded temps in excess of 250f. It will DEFINITELY keep food warm, though you may want to warn the little ones "Don't touch, it's HOT!"One thing I did pay special attention to, was after I let this sit for a good while, I used my thermal camera to check the surface underneath to see if there was any alarming heating going on. I'm happy to report that only the tiniest bit of heat was transferred to the surface beneath the heater, so you can be assured that it won't set the table on fire underneath it.The one issue I had was when I removed this from the box to set it up and test it, I heard a rattling around inside. As this is an electrical appliance and I'm pretty knowledgeable about such things, I knew 2 things...1, don't plug it in until you figure out what's rattling around (shorts are bad, mmm kay?), and 2, I could probably fix it. Luckily, it wasn't hard to diagnose. It seems the nut had come off one of the feet and was rattling around inside. I located the missing foot in the packing plastic that I didn't notice and almost threw away (whew), and proceeded to remove about 20 or so screws from the back of this thing in order to re-attach the foot. The foot was re-attached easily enough, and I made sure to re-torque ALL the foot screws (I don't like to do things like this more than once, I have other things to do, lol), and put everything back together. In the process, the nosy electrical engineer in me took a peek inside to see if there were any "red flags", and luckily, it seems pretty safe and well made, though I would love to see them change the power cord from a grommeted hole in the bottom to a removable cord in the back. It would be MUCH more convenient and a huge improvement.Note to manufacturer: 1 single drop of thread lock on each foot screw/nut will save you a whole LOT of warranty return headaches, and will cost around 1 cent per unit to implement. In all, I really like it, because, functionally, it works REALLY well. However, I can't just write off that I had to fix it upon arrival. In all, I give it 4 stars...check to make sure your feet are secure.
