I honestly wasn’t sure if this world be worth it but it totally is! Easy to use just plug it in set your desired temperature which includesmultiple heat levels and set your warm dishes on top. Perfect for small parties and gatherings. I like that I can put multiple items on the mat and it all stays warm, it doesn’t keep the kitchen hot like the stove does.

I got this mat because I host family get together's frequently and this is an excellent option for keeping dishes warm. I have another cheaper brand and this one far exceeds it. The size is much larger than my other one and I think just other warming mats in general. I can fit three large rectangular metal serving dishes on there easily. I haven't tried putting plates on them yet but for the metal baking pans, they fit perfectly. The color and size is accurate to the photo. The mat heats up quickly and from what I can tell, the temperature seems accurate .The really neat option that I love about this that I've never seen before is the fact that you can take the electronic control off so that it can be put in the dishwasher. While I am still too scared to put it in the dishwasher I definitely feel more comfortable washing it off than I do my other one that doesn't have a detachable control. The tiny feet at the bottom are very close together very thick, which is absolutely necessary. I don't feel like I have to put any sort of protection underneath it unlike my other one where I have to put trivets underneath because the feet are too short and thin and bottom gets a little too warm, but not this one. While the price is slightly above average, I would still recommend it because of the quality convenience, functionality, and countertop safety ( not running the risk of damaging stone or laminate countertops).

We LOVE food warming mats! They come in so handy and are great for gifts! Besides the obvious use for keeping meals warm, and appetizers for get-togethers, we find these are great for rolling out dough and proofing bread! When I make tortillas at home, the counter is always too cold and it's hard to roll them out and keep them from sticking. Now I use this mat and roll them out directly on it and they come out so nice. I also use this to proof pizza dough and its very helpful! The thing that sets this mat apart from my other is the ability to detach the controls and put it in the dishwasher. This is very helpful when you are not just setting pots and plates on it because it gets dirtier.

This mat is very easy to operate. Simply plug in, oh let me mention that when I was putting it away, my hand brushed against the power source, and I got a little (very little) shock. It didn't hurt, just a little "Did I just get shocked?" moment, and my hands were not wet. This mat has a wide range of temperatures to select from. The heat was consistent throughout the mat. We tested it out for about 2 hours, and it worked fine during this time. It kept the food warm and was set for 140 degrees fahrenheit. I had plastic dish covers over the bowl and paper plate and there was condensation on the plastic, which may have been part of why the food wasn't dried out Megeo Store provides an aluminum mat with this warmer, my table still got a little warm but no damage occurred. This will be a great addition to our family holidays. This mat offers a locking feature that's easy to operate; just hold the lock for about 5 seconds or so and it's locked and nothing can be changed and just do it again to unlock the controls. This warming mat operates with ease, just like the one above. It was also easy to attach the power source. I didn't have to clean it, but the other one cleaned easily, and I expect this one to have the same results if I did need to clean it. This mat is higher than any of the others I have and I do like this height better. I don't know if it's psychosomatic but my table seemed less warm with this one. This was easy to store as well.
