The product description on Amazon is very inaccurate - go to the manufacturer's website for information. Was going to install an Axon 45-S on a Honda Pioneer 1000 using this mount as the winch wouldn't fit on the OEM mount. There is no way this mount is designed for winch's greater than 4,000 lb rating. This mount is suppose to attach to the supplemental frame (the two square tubes just below the radiator.) using four 8mm X 165 mm bolts. The OEM mount attaches to the actual frame using the four 8mm along with the 10 mm bolts on the bottom. The OEM mount is 1/4" thick and this mount is much thinner. In addition to Amazon's bad description, they fail to advise that a fairlead adapter is mandatory, but is sold separately. Call all Warn before buying this product.

seems like a quality product but, doesn't fit my atv. paid $114 got credit for $104. second time ordering this item & both had to be returned. would appreciate where to go next or can you reccomend a good site or supplier that can provide proper item? staff was excellent on return of item & instructions.

Good quality. Built with heavy gauge plate. Fairlead bolt holes are 4 7/8 spacing. Bumper mounting holes are 6” spacing. Adapter plate required

This is the winch plate to buy for the Honda Pioneer 1000-5. It bolted right to the bumper with the original bumper bolts. It took me about a half hour to mount the winch and put it back together working was a bit longer but this part was easy.

Good solid mount, easy to install and what you would expect from Warn. It does make the winch mount upside down which Warn says is not a problem. Makes it a little difficult to get to the freespool switch.
