Love this water dispenser, didn’t have a water line where my bar is and this was the perfect solution, it is hooked up to a 5gal jug under bar connected with included hose attachment

Got these for the 20th annual Fourth O' July shindig.One didn't charge, out of the box, so I just cancelled the Sweet Tea.Forgot to send to back in time, so I will now tear it apart, and see if it is a easy fix.More than likely, it is a PRC solder issue.

This little device worked well until the 11th month.When the battery died, we would recharge it and all was well.Then it simply quit pumping water. We assumed it was a dead battery and did the charge.Nothing worked.Being curious, I took it apart. The battery is still effective. The problem was a very poorly made plastic pump. The pump seemed to have over heated and it partly melted ending its service life.I will NOT buy this pump again.

I have 2 of these water dispensers. 1 in my home office with a 4 gallon jug of water. I'm chronically dehydrated and this helps me drink more water without having to get up. The other is in my camper. I have a 4 gallon jug in a storage bay and ran a tube up through the cabinet to the counter. We use this water to drink and for coffee. Works great. Charges fast and stays charged even when stored for a long time.

I bought one of these, loved it so much I bought a second just a couple days later. Exactly one month from the date I ordered the first one the battery won't hold enough charge to fill my coffee pot with water. I can get it to fill about halfway, then the machine stops dispensing water. It won't operate while it's plugged into a power source, so you have to plug it in, then manually dispense your water, which is what I was doing before. A waste of money! The return window has closed for BOTH of the units I purchased. I remember seeing at least one review that said something similar and I shrugged it off as a possible user error - but it's not. The instructions say it will dispense 500 cups of water before needing to be recharged. I had to do this with my coffee pot yesterday, and now again today. Coming between me and my morning cup is what brought me here to leave this one star review!

I have to use distilled water for medical purposes. It’s a hassle dispensing from the 2 1/2 gallon container. This unit allows me to not have to handle the large bottle. I was a little disappointed when I realized the measurements were only shown in ml. However, I was very happy that the dispenser is not super accurate. It turns out that the 100ml setting, which should be about 3 1/3 ounces, actually put out close to 120ml. That is almost exactly 4 ounces, 1/2 cup. The US has still not converted to metric, thus cups, quarts, etc are familiar to me. Pressing 100ml twice was closer to 8, the 200ml setting.It was easy to assemble, the pickup tube is long enough to reach the bottom of a 5 gallon bottle on the floor from the countertop. A charging cable is included, which is nice, but for me, just one more cable. I have a bunch of cables sitting in a drawer. Not a negative, just a comment.

My doctor advised me to drink more water. My friend suggested a desktop water dispenser as a convenient way to stay hydrated. The way I have it setup with a 1 gallon bottle under my desk works just fine. Nothing beat the convenience of just pressing a button and having as much water as you need on a moment notice. Just peel back the sticker and push the hose through the jug and it is all set. I can easily get 1 cup of water automatically poured while doing something else. One big advantage of this unit is battery life. Charged it and it lasted almost 15 days. Easy to recharge and keep going. In addition, the dispenser's design is sleek and modern, fitting in well with any decor, and it is quick easy to clean and maintain.Another great feature of this water dispenser is its easy access.
