Nice looking finish and large enough to protect my outdoor faucet. I thought someone was stealing water on a house we had bought , but had not yet moved in to. Turns out it was a running toilet. Still good to have , easy to install and put on and take off. Solid piece.

I have wanted to try this device. People working in the yard inadvertently leave the water faucet partly on from time-to-time and the water has run a little bit for days before I catch it, particularly if I am away from home. I thought this might address the problem. Workers can still use it; it will just need to be unlocked first so I will be aware they have used it and will then check it after they leave to make sure the water is fully turned off.The faucet lock seems sturdy and does look to be stainless steel, which is a plus in terms of likely lasting longer than a similar device made of plastic. The padlock also seems sturdy and easy to use. The combination comes with the padlock and cannot be changed. The only thing I see that might be a concern in future is the hinge on the device. It appears to be soldered onto the stainless steel body of the faucet lock in small points. Remains to be seen if the hinge will be durable. Overall, it seems to serve its function, is of decent quality and does the job.
