This is the perfect mount for my Ring doorbell. It gives me full view of the walkway in front of my house, so I don't get "snuck up on" at all. My electrician neighbor installed it for me, so I can't speak to ease of installation, but I do know it didn't take him long.

This bracket is great. I like the fact that it has a wide range that you can adjust it to. Gets rid of most blind spots. Has a pretty good anti- theft set up to. Worth the money.

I bought this based on the reviews and picture mentioned it’s compatible with ring pro. Either the picture needs to be updated or the description requires updating.

This mount worked great for the Ring camera at our front door. No more guessing who is standing there, as this mount gives the perfect angle for viewing. Easy to install with various angles for a great fit. Don't hesitate to purchase as this is a well made item.

The design of our entryway to our home made it Very difficult for our ring doorbell to work properly. It actually needed to be angled to achieve the proper notification from our ring door bell. Before we installed this device, we didn’t get any early warning from our ring doorbell. They basically had to be standing on the front porch for it to even be activated.This little device allowed us to angle it to look down onto the sidewalk so that we would be notified when people were Approaching the front door. Wow. What a difference! So much better now!

I bought this to use with my Ring doorbell and it works fine.The instructions were easy to follow even though they had a couple of spelling/grammar mistakes, but what Chinese product doesn't have at least a couple?My doorbell wires are a little short so I did end up having to cut the rubber inside to allow the wires to reach the terminal posts on the doorbell but that does not affect the outer seal which prevents water from getting in.I have not tested whether it is actually water proof or if it's just water resistant, however if your front porch is even partially covered, it seems to work fine to keep the water out, and the angle mount itself works flawlessly.

I have the original Ring doorbell.Pros- Fit well, installed well and reasonably well made- Reasonably waterproof, specifically there is a rubber backing gasket for the back of the original Ring mounting plate that is fairly water proof, but could perhaps leak a bit at the seam. The swivel box, behind the gasket, is not water proof, but this is probably OK.So-So- Instructions are OK, but a bit sparse. The box and leak gasket have separate instructions.Cons- Not as physically secure as original Ring. The original Ring was designed to be difficult to steal and required a special screw driver to remove it. This box is plastic and uses regular phillips screws, so theft of the Ring itself is much easier.Comments- When installing, remove the original Ring back plate and then test fit with the box and gasket in a comfortable location.- The machine screws go in the top/bottom of the swivel clamp.

As you can see from the first two photos, it provides a little better view. With the camera already being a fish eye lense, the original angle is better than most people think.My 3 out of 5 rating is based on 5 factors. 1) Did it provide a better angle? Yes. 2) Was it easy to install? Yes, and of the screws you need to install are included. The original approximately 1 inch mounting screws provided by Ring are re-used. 3) This will be mounted outside in most cases, so will it withstand the elements? It's plastic and appears it should withstand at least four seasons and hopefully eight. 4) Aesthetically does it look factory? No. As you can see from the gaps at the top and side it isn't a great fit. I used all original mounts from Ring. 5) Does it fit together tightly? No. Although this is similar to number 4, it is different. With it not fitting together well, moisture from rain, fog or washing the home can easily get inside which will be a factor if it is mounted on a wall that is often or even sometimes exposed to the elements.Not only can moisture get in, bugs can and will too.

The Angle Mount works well, will try to adjust it lower as still picks up larger vehicles on the roadway and rings. Have done some adjustments but still not enough to eliminate the motion at times...especially at 4:00 AM when vehicles start to leave for work
