I’m so happy with this waterproof cat cone collar! I used it for my cat after she got spayed, and it worked wonders. The donut shape is much more comfortable for her compared to traditional cones—she wasn’t as bothered by it and could still move around and sleep easily. The collar is soft, cushioned, and didn’t irritate her neck at all, which was a huge relief. The waterproof feature was a big plus, especially since she was recovering from surgery. I didn’t have to worry about it getting wet if she drank water or got caught in the rain during her walks. The Christmas design was a cute bonus, adding a festive touch to her recovery! It also stayed securely in place, thanks to the adjustable straps. My cat was able to eat, drink, and groom herself without getting caught on anything, which made the whole recovery process smoother. If your cat needs a recovery collar, I highly recommend this one! It’s comfortable, functional, and cute—exactly what I needed for her healing process.

Our cat got out of everything after surgery. She was able to get out of this the first few times also, until we got brave enough to tighten it more. I think she probably still could have gotten out even then, but she got to where she kind of liked this and would rest her head on it when she slept. When she wasn't wearing it, we still put it in the crate with her just for comfort because she became pretty attached to it. She had surgery on her femur and could ALMOST reach it in this. If it were a foot or tail I think she probably could have reached it. After great frustration with her ordinary cone, this was a very good buy.

My cat has some skin issues which the vet has not been able to figure out. She sometimes scratches until she bleeds. When the spots get really bad I use a soft collar like this to try to cut back on the scratching. Of course she doesn't like it, but it works. With a soft collar like this I can turn it up like a plastic cone or I can turn it down which doesn't get in her way so much and it does cover some of the areas where she scratches the most. I really like this one.

It's made well and its cute BUT it's heavy. I think it would give my cat a neck ache after awhile so I did not use it

i was very happy when i opened the package as i could tell this was a sturdy, well made product. that happiness quickly went away when i found out the only way to get it on my cat is to put it over their head! my cat will barely let me put a collar type one on sometimes...there is no way, anyone's cat will actually let this go over them.

This is a soft donut collar for our cats and kittens. It is soft and seems to be comfortable. We have to keep the kittens away from the railing while wearing this, because one of them jumped onto the railing and lost her balance and nearly fell off. This would be great if you have a room to isolate them while they are recovering for a couple of days. I got the orange one that has pictures of little dogs and cats on it. It is made of nice quality materials and I think it will give us lots of good use for a long time.

Little princess here was just recently spayed and the vet suggested a cone or some type of collar that would prevent her from licking her wound so she could recover. This festive collar works just fine for my cat. She's a bit on the smaller size since she's a kitten, but the collar has an adjustable draw string and it's also soft so she can still sleep comfortably. Like any cat, it may be difficult to put on, but the collar does it's job once in place, The only thing that could be better would be for it to have a place to hold or hide the drawstring, because cats and strings...So that means it's really a good idea to keep any type of string away from your cat while your cat is recovering because it will try to play with it, bite it and so on, so you may just need to creatively tuck it or better, tape it to it's underside once it's in place. If you have a stronger dog or cat, they will still be able to flex, so if your pet is a little more tenacious, you may need something stronger, but for little pets, this really is a nice quality more comfortable solution over the plastic cone.

I really like this one. It has a decent range of adjustability, and the knit collar allows you to keep it on your cat without having to overtighten the tether. I put the tether underneath the collar, so the cat doesn't try to chew it off. It's waterproof, so it repels stains, but it is large enough to keep your cat from chewing at their injuries. The collar could be removed by a determined cat, but mine aren't that motivated, they just give me dirty looks instead. If you have an enclosed litter box, this may be large enough to interfere with it, so you will probably need to switch to an open box until the collar is no longer needed. It interferes a bit with climbing, but not badly, and the cat can still use stairs and get on to the couch (albeit with a bit of practice)Not a bad deal altogether, but it may be a little large for a shorter cat, so plan accordingly.
