While we really like this switch, we recently re-modeled and wanted to change the finish of the switch (which the manufacturer still makes). Have been informed that they do not sell parts and that you have to replace the entire product. This means you throw away the switch, including all components, and the control box. IT also means that you get the opportunity to send them a bunch of money for pieces that you already own. This is just really crappy customer service. No other manufacture of faucets and the like will not sell you replacement parts.

It's beautiful but the air switch failed after less than 1 year. Hoping Waterstone will stand behind the product
