I use these to get gas out of the "safety" cans that safety engineers have designed to make it impossible to use. Just stick the open end in your tank and the pump (check valve) into the gas can. A couple of strokes up and down and gas flows easily into your tank.

Can’t get it to work. Nice heavy hose. Might be I’m doing something wrong. It doesn’t seem to be as easy as the demo film.

I should have ordered these siphons years ago, it's so easy to use to get fluids flowing, simply insert the siphon ball end into the fluid and push it in and out, this starts to fill the hose as the ball keeps the fluid in place until there is enough to allow gravity to do the rest. The hose has a large 1/2" diameter so it doesn't take long to move a good amount of fluid, I'm using it for transferring heating oil mostly. I received (2) 10' hoses with (2) siphon ball valve shakers.

Until this syphon arrived I have never experienced shaker siphons. I've seen videos of amused, but always thought it was a bit gimmicky. I can't believe I thought that, as this is amazing. It works exactly as advertised and is great for getting the fluid moving. I tested it with water in my garage and was delighted to see how easy it was. I burst out laughing when it worked exactly as advertised.My advice, get the long one. 6 feet is great, but 10 feet is better. You can also cut the tube at any point to make a custom length.Highly recommend.

Good quality and does as advertised. Good length on the tube as well since you get two. Tested it on water and it worked good. Will be good to remove excess liquids when needed and decent price.

So far this siphon tube is working well. Because watercraft season is over for now, I have not been able to test this out using gasoline, however it did work well with water. If you've never used one of these before, it does take a few tries before you get the rhythm down. Once you've got it figured out, they work well.
