This blanket works great. My wife is always cold and she loves this blanket. I love it because she can stay warm without heating me out the room.

This throw covers a small recliner and is quite soft and comfy, with a nice weight. The electric heat is powerful! The lowest setting is generally enough for me and the next level up is slow-cooker territory. The coldest room in your house is no match for this thing, I assure you.To keep it in place on my recliner I tied a string through the arm holes so they would grab the "shoulders" of my recliner which works well. In that configuration the throw is too short to really use the foot-pockets, but not a deal-breaker for me (they work great if you actually wear it yourself.)Overall I really like it and I expect you will too.

I bought this for my mom. She’s 82 and she likes to use the fireplace. I explained to her. That it’s not always reasonable for her to be carrying in firewood all the time plus the older she gets the lessshe’ll be able to do. At first she kind of fought me. She thought it would use a lot of electricity but believe it or not she can’t even believe it. It only uses about a few kilowatts a day and she likes it so much. She doesn’t build the fireplace that much at $450 a cord she’s really liking that it’s saving her on the firewood. She bought a blanket herself a lot cheaper and she claims the money I spent was better worth it. The cheaper one doesn’t work half is good. I’m glad I could help my mom out. She lives by herself and carrying in the firewood wasn’t gonna work forever and she hates paying the bill for the central heat. This is a Best Buy for your mom. If she’s getting on an age it’ll make her life so much easier.

Best gift I ever got for my husband. He practically lives in this thing! Not to mention our pets love to cuddle with him when he has it on.

I like this product, it does get warm but definitely not hot. I've followed the instructions and folded the electric "snuggie" and this does help it heat up better but still not as good as my Sunbeam electric throw that has similar settings (on a 3 I feel the throw, on this thing a 6 barely feels warm). I think if it heated up better I would give it 4-5 stars, I do like the feet pocket and sleeves but neither heat up, the wires are mainly in the middle. You can cover yourself with a blanket on top and that helps with heat retention but overall it's about a 3 out of 5 stars. Also, size wise this is maybe a bit bigger than an electric throw, definitely not big but it does cover the feet. And yes, it is soft.

This wearable blanket is the best of all the blankets. I am able to get warm and comfort all over my body. I get heat from my neck all way down to my feet. It has great heat settings where you get get a maximum warm all over. It helps with my pain levels with the Arthritis that I have been experiencing. I recommend this product to anyone that needs to stay warm while sitting from room to room.
