The product is great - though when I received mine the accessory tray that was included with it was the wrong size. When I contacted Weatherguard about getting a replacement - they informed me that Amazon was NOT AN AUTHORIZED dealer for them and therefore no warranty. So for me, no replacement tray. My only option would be to return the product to Amazon and re-order it from an Authorized dealer. Not worth it to me as the tray is not important to my use, so I am keeping it with no warranty
