The first view times it’s a little hard to put hay in it lol. But it works great. It’s big enough for a quarter horse.

Very sturdy quality material. For my horses I would prefer the holes to be smaller, it would keep them longer busy with eating. I recommend this feeding net.

I purchased a super expensive, guaranteed-to-last hay net. I followed the directions. Rotated it religiously. Watched my horse eat from it and she didn't do anything that would make it fail so quickly. Still, within a couple weeks, it had holes in it. I patched those up with kevlar string, but before long, the hay net was basically all patches. I was disappointed that I had paid so much and it held up so poorly. Finally, I gave up on the expensive hay net after only a month and decided to get this one. At least at this price, my expectations were low. Little did I know that this product would be lasting longer and functioning better than the expensive one. It's easier to fill, too. I have had this product for several months and it's being used multiple times a day, and it's lasting much longer than I would anticipate it to last. No rotating. No holes. No patched. It's outperforming the spendy one in every way. This was not a disappointing purchase and I will likely buy another of this brand when it's time.

Just put these in for our horses. They are a good size and the horses love them. They cut down in wasted hay and I think this is a healthier way for them to eat. They don’t step on the hay and waste it on the floor. Just ordered two more for the donkeys.

I like the size opening which slows them down a bit vs. the regular hay nets. These nets are a bit too large for us, but great if one wants to feed 3-4 flakes. They seem to be sturdy and so far no holes.

I have bought 3 of these hay bags. I use them everyday to feed my horses their hay and they work great! If you are looking for a long lasting and durable hay bag this will be your go to! My horses are definitely not easy on them and they are still in great condition. I did buy a purple one and I found it was smaller than the others and it did wear faster.. but the other 2 I have bought (pink and green) have held up great! Will definitely be buying again.

This is the best hay bag hands down. The bag itself is well constructed and durable and the extra thick cord makes it easy to hang on corral panels and easy to take off. I put out 4 hay bags twice a day every day and I've bought cheaper ones and they are all falling apart and mended with bailing twine where the weaver bags are all still in good shape 4 years later. I won't buy any other brand anymore. To make loading them a cinch get a Dura tech Stable Hand it is a sheet of heavy plastic that you roll up and stick it in the hay net and it's super easy to load them.

We feed with hay bags MORNING, NOON AND NIGHT because we have a mare that needs her hay soaked!THESE bags are BY FAR the BEST hay bags we have. We currently have 5 different types. The ones with rings SUCK OUT LOUD and always break in like one week. The old hardy ones with the thick rope have holes that are WAY too big and the glutton finishes her hay in 3.9 seconds. These bags are STURDY and WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY easier to load!! We are slowly replacing all our bags with The Weaver leather Slow feed Bags!!PLUS they come in awesome colors!!

Bought this hay net to help with feeding my horses outside when it's windy. My full size horses got frustrated with it and did not eat the hay with it when I feed them outside opting to go foraging instead. I use it to hay my old gelding when he is in his stall at night as he is not a good hay eater due to loss of teeth over the years; it works good for him in his stall. I also use it to hay my miniature horse at night. He is quite disgusted when I feed him this way but he always manages to finish. I've been using the nets 1 x a day for 1-2 months and they appear to be holding up just fine.

I’ve been using this net daily now for three months and it’s holding up extremely well with 2 horses and a donkey. I really like that the cord that cinches the bag closed is actually a white poly rope of some kind as I find it much easier to work with than the bags where the cinching cord is the same material and color as the bag. I definitely have less hay wastage and it has slowed down their eating. I even think my chubby girls may have dropped a few pounds in spite of the fact that they now have hay available to them 24/7. I would definitely recommend this hay net.

These are great. Easily fits 4 or more flakes. I stand bale on end and slip over top. On 2 string bales you can nearly get 1/2 bale in one net. I bought 6 nets for 3 horses. Hang them in dry spot and only need to feed once per day. Yay! I can finally sleep in. I’ve been using them for a month and no tears so far. My horses haven’t lost any weight though, so I may have to work on amount of hay/ number of nets, etc. But I have definitely reduced waste.

For the price, this is a great product. It's made of nylon as opposed to cotton, which I'm not sure that I'm thrilled about, but it was not at all expensive and it shipped right away and on time.
