This is a fun kit for anyone who loves to create art. Kit comes with all supplies and instructions. This would make a wonderful self-care gift as I find this type of art is very relaxing and also hypnotic. Instructions were easy to follow. Supplies were definitely on the cheaper side. But overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend.

My daughter loves sunflowers so this was the perfect thing for her to have to keep her busy during the summer. It took a little trial and error for her to get it the way she wanted it and looked good. I like that it is easy to use and she was able to do it independently. Looks great and has all the supplies you need.

Very nicely presented and includes everything you need to get started! The finished product is very nice as a gift or accent piece! My bought something similar from someone who sells her finished art online for quite a bit, making my own was fun and I saved a TON!

This sunflower string art is so cute. The instructions leave a lot to be desired but it's a fun project. Everything is provided to complete the craft. This kit is enjoyable for both kids and adults.

Honestly, this is so simple that you couldn’t really gift it like this. You might want to put it in a nicer container or a Nicer box.But it is what you need to get started on thread and honestly that’s what I feel like is most important about it. I’m not gonna say I was surprised I had everything I needed in the kit, but I don’t know. I guess I was but yeah, it is kind of a box so if you are going to give This is a gift, make sure you wrap it up or if you wanna transfer it to another package you can.

Good for dexterity, this comes with everything needed including a stand. The holes for the nails are clearly layed out for the design and the instructions are very easy to follow. Good size, string is good quality, doesn't break after wrapping around each nail. Good for teaching dexterity and attention to detail. Great to watch the item appear with each wrap of the string. Nice item at a good price

I purchased this string art kit for myself thinking it would be a fun craft to do on a rainy day. The kit comes with almost everything you need to complete the project. I needed to use a mallet to hammer the nails into the pre-drilled holes. The included instructions are very vague (photo #2) and so you do need to figure out how you want to fill in the design. It's a bit frustrating to do because if you let up on the tension on the thread for even a second, the project with quickly unwind. I found that using a large paper clamp to hold the thread will keep my progress and allow me to take breaks if I need to (see photo #3). I don't think I would recommend this for children, because if it's frustrating for me, I'm certain they would be completely discouraged by the project.The kit does come with a frame stand to display your finished project on a desk or tabletop, however, if you wish to hang your completed project, you will need to add some hardware to the back of the board. The kit does not come with anything to hang your completed piece.Overall, it's a cute project, challenging to do, but the results are darling. If you are patient and enjoy crafting, I would recommend.

I hadn't made any string art in years but it all came back to me. There are virtually no instructions but the pictures and some diagrams it has does help. It's a lot of fun
