Love this new system from Weber, including the poultry roaster insert. Fill the little container with your fav liquids or herbs add moisture and flavor.Fits perfectly on the Weber bbq system, it’s well made and made with intention. Highly recommend especially if you like to make beer chicken👌

We like this for making beer can chicken on the grill; but more often, we remove the poultry insert and cook vegetables or potatoes with our other meet around the outside. It makes great food and is pretty easy to clean. Like everything Weber, it's a little spendy; but it is a nice product.

Il s'agit de l'article idéal pour faire un poulet à la bière sur le Kettle de Weber au charbon. De plus le nettoyage se fait très aisément.

I like a beer can chicken as much as the next person, and this accessory does not disappoint -- on my first try this system produced the most moist, juicy, and tender chicken I've ever had. What I have really come to appreciate, however, is the fact that this device is actually a transformer, thanks to the simple design genius behind it... No bird to cook but you want to grill some asparagus or artichokes? Maybe you want to put in a pork tenderloin and simultaneously cook some seasoned potatoes (pictured). All you have to do is give the "beer can" receptacle a twist and it pops right off, allowing you a great grilling basket. I love this thing. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and very well-made. It's made to work with Weber's "Gourmet BBQ System," but I imagine you can use this device with any grill by just setting it on top of the grill grates. I have zero negatives to report on this thing. Get one.

Used the roaster for first time and chicken came out wonderful! Light seasoning on chicken and I saw where another guy plugged neck cavity with half a lemon so I tried that and WOW it was perfect. Vegetables came out excellent. I should of added corn a little later it dried out just a little. Easy clean up. Excellent product!!!

So this is well made and looks awesome, man it’s big. It replaces the roams centre grate on your Webber and secures well. For washing the beer can centre piece comes off, so dishwasher friendly. I really like it and you done need a Webber to use this.

This works very well for a beer can chicken. It holds the beer can sturdy. It is not intended to hold the beer only. It needs the half full can. It also serves well as a place to charcoal any roast with the beer can holder removed.

This is one of my favorite accessories for my Weber Grill. Beer can chicken is a perennial favorite of mine, and this accessory makes beer can chicken a cinch! It is a two piece design, allowing the cup to be separated from the tray. The cup has a tongue on the base that slots securely into the tray. Getting the chicken onto the cup can be a bit of an exercise in frustration, particularly with smaller chickens, so I like to put the tray into the grill without the cup to get it heated up and insert the cup into the chicken separately, then slot the cup and chicken into the tray simultaneously. The only concern I have with this accessory is the poor integration with Weber's "Gourmet BBQ System". The gourmet BBQ system consists of a range of accessories and a series of grill grates with a removable center ring, allowing the accessory to sit in the grate. Unfortunately, the beer can chicken tray fails to take advantage of this. It just barely sits inside the grate. With minor modification, Weber could have designed the tray to sit much lower in the grate, improving heat transfer from the coals and allowing the accessory to be used with larger chickens or even turkeys that currently sit too close to the lid. If you aren't interested in any of the other gourmet BBQ system accessories, you can just skip the special grate altogether and use this tray on top of your existing grate. The 1/2" difference in height is going to make absolutely no difference. Here's my favorite recipe for beer can chicken. I like to brine the chicken first just to amplify the juiciness and flavor, but it's completely optional:Ingredients:5lb ChickenBrineo 1 cup Brown Sugaro 1 cup Kosher Salto 4 cups Dr. Peppero 1 cup White Vinegaro 4 cups Watero 10 Garlic Cloves, peeled and mashedo 1 Lemon, mashed and quarteredo 10-20 Bay Leaveso 10-14 sprigs Fresh RosemaryRubo 1 cup Brown Sugaro ¼ lb. I used this last night to do a beer can chicken on my Weber 22" kettle with the gourmet BBQ grate. The best feature over my old wire chicken stand is that now I can remove and rotate my bird during the cook and upon completion using the handles. Also I put baby red potatoes and carrots around the bird for grilled veggies. It cooked evenly with nice crispy skin, and no slimy charred aluminum can to throw away. I love it, another thing is that it sits down further away from the lid, so now the top of the lid is not resting on top of my bird in the beginning of my cook.
